Michael Ricks

Vice President of Wholesale

Michael Ricks brings a diverse background to ZONE Telecom, offering nine years experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael is vice president of wholesale sales, and has been with ZONE since the acquisition of WRLD Alliance in 2006. At WRLD Alliance, he served as national director of sales, where he played a significant role in the growth of the company and in the development of sales and marketing strategies.

From 1988 until 1996, Michael worked for various international export businesses including Blue Water Harvesters and Premium Pacific Seafoods, where he served as president and general manager. Michael speaks fluent Japanese. This led him into the semiconductor industry in Portland, Oregon, where he worked in various sales and management capacities. In 1998 he became area sales manager for Pegasus Satellite Television, which brought him to Fairview, Utah.
